“The call taker told me that she still had 1 of her master plumbers in the shop and that I could explain my situation to him and get his opinion. The gentleman gave me a few probable scenarios based on my description and was able to give me a ballpark cost estimate over the phone.
“After speaking to him I no longer felt overwhelmed with the situation and I agreed to have them send out their plumber in Virginia Beach to get me straight. I was told that the plumber would be out at noon that same morning, and at noon one of their plumbers in Virginia Beach was knocking on my door. And he was great! (A-1 plumbers wear clean uniforms, put booties on their shoes before entering the house, and are complete professionals).
“I showed the plumber the problems, and he quickly went to work. He inspected the plumbing under the house and came back to me with a plan of action. Long story short, this plumber in Virginia Beach had my plumbing issues fixed in just over an hour, and he did not even need to install any cleanouts. The price was reasonable.
