Terms & Conditions
*In order to qualify for the referral reward, the following 4 conditions must be met:
- The person or business who was referred must complete a qualified job with our company.
- The above referral form must be filled out in completion no later than 60 days after completion of the job.
- Please allow 2-3 weeks after completion of both form and installation for processing of the referral fee.
- The job must be a minimum of $500.
